Ashley & Luke are so great. They love camping, climbing, & hiking and they know where all the free campsites are in any place they’ve ever traveled to. That’s pretty handy. Their hearts are in the Pacific Northwest, but they’ve been transplanted to Utah for the time being & are definitely taking advantage of all the adventure & natural beauty Utah has to offer. Our time with them was super short but we learned a lot about them. They love each other so incredibly much, they have big hearts for adventure, and they are two of the kindest, sweetest people you could ever meet.
A Beloved shoot is all about connection. We love it because it allows our couples to let the cares of the world slip away and focus on one another. Luke & Ashley have opposite schedules right now. That means, when she is ready to go to bed, Luke is headed to work. That is tough, folks, really tough, and I can imagine that any time they have together is incredibly precious. We were so honoured that they drove out to Moab to spend some of their precious time with us.
After the session, I sent Ashley a little preview of one of their photographs. She said, “We had so much fun at the shoot with you both. You have an incredible gift of making people feel comfortable and I feel like Luke and I really connected, which was much needed.” That is what we love to hear-it makes our hearts sing! We are incredibly blessed to give people the gift of beautiful memories & the photographs that go with them.
