I really love me some tribal print. Graeme knows my obsession with tribal-and even though I’m obsessed, I have yet to own anything tribal. So, I decided to post another installment of engagement outfit inspiration. If you’re a gal who loves tribal, geometric prints & colour, this board is for you!
Here’s a little insight into my thinking behind the board:
For her: Find a great print & accessorize with softer pieces; switch it up between a neutral scarf and a geometric necklace for a slightly different look. Finish the look with a braided leather belt & some sandals to match.
For him: Keep him on the simpler side, so the two of you don’t clash. A white dress shirt with rolled up sleeves and a loose skinny tie (close to one of the bright colours on her outfit) will look great with a pair of khaki shorts or chinos. Finish the look with grey or brown botas (the ones on the board are from TOMS).
I added sunglasses for both because for me, tribal outfits ache for some sweet sunset back lighting. Sun flare, sunglasses, a couple who is in love, tribal print… ah-sounds like a fun summery shoot to me!
